All of our Coffees are organic and fairly traded!
- Organic Peruvian Medium: This is a comfort coffee with a balanced body and acidity that can make its presence known even with the addition or dairy substitutes.
- Organic Colombian: Available in medium and Full-City Roast. Tried, tested and true, our Colombian offers up a surprisingly creamy cup with a mild acidity and amazing body. Thumbs up for "Juanita"!
- Organic Ugandan AA: As a medium the fruit notes and floral acidity is highlighted. Darker roasting brings out slightly chocolaty, smokey notes
- Organic Nicaraguan Medium - bright without being overly citrus; a suggestion of almond and solid body
- Organic Ethiopian Medium Roast - floral aroma, fruity flavour and soft acidity - complex
- Organic Gentle Giant Medium Blend: A mellow satisfying blend of central and south american origins. Soft in flavour and acidity. A gentle pick-me
- Organic Guatemalan Full City: A definite crowd-pleaser! A hint of fruity sweetness, rich in body and flavour
- Organic Ethiopian Sidamo Natural Full City: you can clearly taste the fruit sugars from this natural process. If you love big and bold, this one's for you!
- Organic Zoom Medium-Dark Blend: This central and south american blend marries a pleasant body and acidity with a touch of dark roast punch
- Organic Beautiful Joe Medium-Dark Blend: the brightness of an Ethiopian is complimented by the richness of a Bolivian. Bold and dense
- Organic Serendipity Medium-Dark Blend: For something a little different, this medium-dark blend, has an understated nutty note and a pleasing body
- Organic Campfire Full City Blend - the perfect combo of Central and South American beans roasted just til the 2nd crack starts... nicely balanced
- Organic Guatemalan Dark Roast: A stellar choice for coffee aficionados seeking a full bodied slightly winey cup with a great finish
- Organic Maya Vinic Dark Roast - this Chiapan coffee is sweet and chocolatey with a satisfying body

- Organic Bolivian Dark Roast: Round lovely body and beautiful big taste
- Organic Ethiopian Sidamo Dark Roast : kind of like a really good Shiraz. Sweet, fruity and delicious
- Organic Java Jive: This dark roast blend has been a favourite since day 1! Chocolatey undertones with a little finishing kick.
- Organic Dark Horse: This dark blend contains just the right touch of a medium roast to offer up big flavour without the bite! It also serves quite nicely as an espresso.
- Organic Velvet Espresso Blend: Lots o'chocolate and no bitter! Syrupy body, Northern Italian style roast. Specifically designed for use with a pump machine
- Organic Queen "E" Espresso Blend: Sweet and smooth, very mild acidity. Hint of leather, a lick of smoke and the suggestion of caramel
NATURALLY DECAFFEINATED COFFEES
We decaf our beloved Organic Peruvian Penachi beans using the C02 process (well actually a plant in Germany does it) You really can taste the difference!
Decaf Organic Peruvian Dark Roast - As close to the real McCoy as you can get!
Decaf Organic Peruvian Medium Roast - Bright and solid
Decaf Organic Dark Horse Dark Blend - We use this for our decaf at the cafe and it makes a mean capucinno!
